Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.
Indicative delivery times: 4 to 7 working days.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.
Products must be returned in their original, unopened and unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned products.

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
