Delivery time: 4–5 working days after order confirmation.
Free delivery to selected countries for orders over €120.
Areas served: Metropolitan France, European Union (to be adjusted according to your actual delivery areas).

Return Process

Contact us at parfumelegance@gmail.com with your order number.
Attach a description and, if necessary, photos in case of defective product.
Follow the return instructions sent by our customer service.
Upon receipt and verification, refund or exchange according to your choice.

Returns & Withdrawal

Legal deadline: 14 days from receipt to change your mind.
Condition of products: must be returned new, unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and invoice.
Return costs: payable by the customer (except in the event of a defect).
Refund: within 14 working days after receipt and verification of the return.
